Our Otago team is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Experience working on pain and/or concussion ACC contracts is essential
- Wheelchair and seating assessor qualification preferred but not essential
- Senior OT experience is preferred but high-performing Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
For Occupational Therapists based overseas
- As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
- Support in gaining the NZ Occupational Therapy Board license
- Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
