Services we offer include: CPPAs, Solar PV (lease and purchase), solutions for electric transport, electrification of industrial processes, heat solutions, online tools and of course electricity and gas contracts, with an eye for flexibility and risk profile of our business relations and at the same time for the internal organization.
Your role
The Team Lead for Sector Industry, Transport & Storage (N-5) will be asked to optimize customer experience and ensure value for both the customer and for Vattenfall in a sustainable way. You will lead a team of approximately 15 (Key) Account Managers. You motivate and empower your team through effective and open communication. You use your leadership skills to create supportive frameworks and have regular performance feedback session with your team. A close cooperation with other departments like Wind, Solar, E-Mobility, Markets, Heat and Feenstra, is essential.
The Team Lead for Sector Industry, Transport & Storage directly reports to the Sector Lead Industry, Transport & Storage.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
- Coach and give guidance to our team of (Key) Account managers and inspire them to take their own responsibilities and develop their new talents.
- Supervise the execution of the work of the team and, if necessary, takes corrective measures in line with the annual plan, in order to realize the set targets.
- Together with the Sector Lead responsible for the annual sales plan and ensure monitoring and realization of the business plan, in order to achieve the goals.
- Be a role model when it comes to sustainability, digitalization and optimal customer experience towards our customers and relevant stakeholders.
- Nurture a winning culture by actively motivating team members to collaborate both in and outside the team.
- Help the team to achieve joint success as well as employee job satisfaction.

You have a relevant bachelor degree- A proven track record in (BtB) commercial positions.
- Highly motivated to create the best value for our customers, to cooperate in a high performance organization and who wants to play a part in shaping the future.
- Able to recognize developments and translate this in common behaviour
- Experience in the agile way of working, the digital ‘new’ normal as well as working with customer journeys to capture the best customer experience possible for our BtB customers is an advantage.
- Experience in a managerial position
- Experience and knowledge of the Industry, Transport and Storage sector is an advantage
- Have a strong command of Dutch and English, both verbally and written.
