Customer Service Kids Entertainment [Qatar]


 

Duties and responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers entering the jump areas.

- Administer any safety briefing and explain the rules for each area of the park.

- Ensure that all jumpers are following the rules.

- Ensure that all jumpers have a valid wristband, proper footwear (socks) and no loose jewellery or dangerous items.

- Coordinate clearing the courts or surrounding area when they is an injury.

- Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioning properly.

- Monitor, clean and organise the locker area and any seating areas as needed.

- Report problems with equipment to Duty Manager.

- Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area.

- Complete opening and closing duties.

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, management or needed by the business.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

- Proven willingness to be a team player and hard worker.

- Excellent communicator comfortable liaising with supervisors and managers and especially with customers.

- A passion for activity and living a healthy lifestyle.

- Desirable experience working within a fast paced leisure or consumer facing role.

- Ability to speak confidently in front of large groups.

- Either have or are willing to undertake First Aid Training Qualification.
