Responsible for cleaning duties of lounges and public area 負責執行貴賓室的清潔工作
Provide services to guests in lounges, including but not limited to: -Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounges (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters) -Responsible to Uniform and Linen daily operations -Ensure an orderly store and to take stock regularly -Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, etc. -Protect equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies -Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
在貴賓室為客人提供服務，包括但不限於： -進行掃地、拖地、除塵等各種清潔活動，保持貴賓室（公共區域、淋浴間、後勤區、自助餐檯）的整潔; -確保物資存貨及定期盤點相關物資; -將任何場地或物資損壞等通知上級; -以專業和耐心處理合理的投訴/要求。
