Principal Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence of test policies and procedures within the team.
• Work with software developers and project support teams.
• Preparation of test scripts for all phases of testing.
• Preparation of test data, including undertaking data loading as required.
• Share knowledge and skills to achieve goals and facilitate issue resolution.
• Test Execution on Azure Devops.
• Review test results, manage anomalies/defects as described in the test plan.
• Ensure test related tasks are performed on time, in line with agreed schedules.
• Ensures content and structure of all testing documents are documented and maintained.
• Testing the expected solution in the application and identify areas where the expected result is different.
• Be available to perform BETA testing (This may be out of hours and weekends)

Technical Requirements and Professional Qualifications

• Understanding and experience of payroll (desirable)
• Knowledge of software testing practices and planning (essential)
• MS Office including Excel experience (essential)
• SharePoint (desirable)
• Salesforce knowledge (desirable)
• Automated testing tools knowledge (desirable)
• Understanding of Software Implementation or development life cycle (essential)
• Understand file structures including CSV, flat and XML files (essential)

• Proficient in supporting business process improvement activities.
• Experienced in testing concepts, principles, and methodologies.
• Able to maintain a good working relationship with other members of the design team.
• Knowledgeable on the software development process.
• Problem solving abilities with the ability to work in a team and individually.
• Ability to work on multiple complex activities simultaneously while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Keen to take on new responsibilities and technologies when required.
• Strong on written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organisation and managing 3rd party relationships about technical matters in business English and of producing and presenting structured reports on findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• In touch with the current technologies and have a sound knowledge of the same
• Capable of expressing recommendations under scrutiny and explaining them if challenged.
• Good at administrative and process skills, with a proven ability to co-ordinate and manage multiple tasks methodically and systematically.
