1. Develop annual Key Account management trade marketing plan and ensure effectively implementation at regional level
2. Plan and implement tailor made consumer/trade promotions, display programs base on local market needs, track results and provide evaluation
3. Work with sales team on allocation plan and distribution of marketing supporting materials, including in-store material, free goods and premiums etc.
4. Work with local sales team on distribution expansion and key stores merchandising
5. Support HQ team to roll out micro marketing program and implement/evaluate
6. Work with procurement team to manage external material or service suppliers, particularly on cost and quality control.
7. Develop deeper understanding of regional channels, dealers and shoppers
8. Effectively manage and monitor regional trade marketing spending
9. Ensure clear process in align with company policy are developed and followed
